We will pay you your rent every single month, 12 months a year, throughout the entire term that is agreed, even if the property is empty.

HOW MUCH WORK IS INVOLVED?

None!

AM I TIED IN FOR THE ENTIRE CONTRACT?

No!
If requested, we can have a break clause inserted within our contracts that allows you to walk away after 3 months. Although, when you're getting paid a guaranteed rental income, management and maintenance free, why would you?
